Carfidant.com’s goal is to make sure all of our customers are happy with our services. Purchase Orders All purchase orders made through Carfidant.com have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase – just contact us with the details and we will issue you an RMA. The items purchased must be returned in the same NEW condition they were purchased. It is forbidden to purchase an item with the intent of using it and then returning it. Carfidant.com provides a warranty of 2 years on all Carfidant equipment. All warranty claims must be submitted to our Support page Contact Us form with a subject of “Warranty.” Please include your original order details as well as the serial number of the unit. Units sent in may be repaired, or replaced with a new or refurbished unit depending on the circumstances at the time. We are very understanding at Carfidant.com and if you have any kind of issue, small or not – chances are we will be able to resolve it and make sure you are happy with the transaction.
