Return / Refund Policy
Carfidant.com’s goal is to make sure all of our customers are happy with our services.
All purchase orders made through Carfidant.com have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the Carfidant milPRO – just contact us with the details and we will issue you an RMA. The Carfidant milPRO must be returned in the same shape as received along with all included accessories. It is forbidden to purchase an item with the intent of using it and then returning it. We reserve the right to withhold daily rental fees for any transaction that otherwise should be treated as a rental order.
Carfidant.com provides a warranty of 2 years on all Carfidant equipment. All warranty claims must be submitted to our Support page Contact Us form with a subject of “Warranty.” Please include your original order details as well as the serial number of the unit. Units sent in may be repaired, or replaced with a new or refurbished unit depending on the circumstances at the time.
In the case there is an issue with the Carfidant milPRO tool, rendering it unusable or defective*, a full refund or replacement rental item will be issued to the customer once the original tool is returned to us in a reasonable timeframe according to the rental period selected. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received with all the accessories and items that were included in the box.
* Even though batteries are included and verified to be working, in the case of their failure it is the customer’s responsibility to replace them. They are easy to replace, just like any remote and there is no need for calibration after battery replacement.
The return package must be scanned in by the post office using the prepaid return label we provided you with in the package.
All issues MUST be reported within 12 hours of the delivery time. Please use the Contact Us form and make sure to include your Full Name and order number.
Carfidant.com will not issue any partial credits or refunds for tools that are returned early. You are encouraged to select the rental period time that will fit your needs best. If you need any rental extensions past your selected time period, please call us at 800-705-9926.
